Delete your Joke Rabbit account
You can delete your account and associated data inside the app. You do not need to email us to request deletion, but you can contact hello@joke-rabbit.com if you cannot access the app.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Joke Rabbit and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab (Your green room).
- Scroll to Account.
- Tap Cancel account.
- Enter your account password to confirm.
- Confirm deletion.
What is deleted
When you cancel your account, we permanently delete:
- Your Firebase login (email and password account)
- All bits and sets stored in your account
- Any feedback you submitted
- Local app preferences on your device
- Your RevenueCat subscriber record (subscription management data)
What you may need to do separately
If you have an active Headliner subscription billed through Google Play, cancel it in the Play Store so you are not charged after deleting the app account:
Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Joke Rabbit → Cancel
Or use Settings → Manage subscriptions in the app before deleting your account.
Retention
We do not keep a copy of your bits, sets, or account after successful deletion. Deletion is intended to be permanent and cannot be undone.
